Promoción y Educación en la Salud.


Hello friends! Today I will talk about my favorite subject
This semester had several subjects, and one that I really liked was Promotion and Health Education, but we all say it as a nickname, "promo".
"Promo" consists of educating students in different health subjects, such as types of prevention, health concepts, topics to address in this area. Finally, it tries to generate a clinical, educational and social thought in the dentist.

I have learned a lot in this subject, especially in the field of dentistry more social, more concerned and focused on public service. For me that's very important, because dentists have to be prepared for any social situation, and if they teach us from the base that is that, we can better address these difficulties.

 Well, "Promotion and education in health" is very interesting, it prepares you socially and psychologically to face situations and difficult times in health, teaches you to worry about people who have more social deficiencies.

    I think that the content of this subject is really interesting, but somtimes I find the classes boring :( haha

MY FAVOURITE PICTURE

T his is my favourite photography. it was taken in February 2018 during my vacation. The place is in the south of Chile, in the tenth region, called "region of the lakes". The landscape that is observed in the rainbow hill, located in the Cochamó valley. The site is very special for me, it was a unforgettable experience to climb this hill. The trek climbing presented highs a lows, there were many dangers and very difficult adventures but being with friends everything is more rewarding and harmonious. When we arrive at the top we saw a landscape too beautiful, besides we were more than 1500 meters high, it was a celebration to have achieved that feat in 4 hours of climb. These vacations were spectacular, i met many people and toures beautiful places. I had very stranges aventures, good and bad, but the best thing that happened to me was to meet my girlfriend on this trip. MY FAVOURITE FOOD!!!

Well, I am characterized for eating too much, and love all food. But there is a dish that fascinates me, I'm talking about the chorillana. This immense dish is very delicious, it contains french fries, minced meat, fried onions and fried eggs. While it is not a healthy meal, it is very fantastic and leaves you satisfied. When I ate it for the first time I was delighted with the flavor, and since I am a fan of French fries, the combination with all the other ingredients creates something very delicious. The last time I ate chorrillana was last Saturday, I went to eat with my girlfriend at a restaurant My favorite place to go to eat this dish is my house haha, it is always better to prepare one and add what you want, whenever I prepare it I make too many fries and meat.
